At El Jardín de Castillo, we seek connection with calm and nature. We kindly ask that you avoid disturbing noises, keeping your voice low and avoiding activities that may disturb the serenity of the place. Thanks for your understanding.
No smoking
We want to maintain a fresh and healthy environment, so smoking is prohibited in the apartments. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
Visits with Authorization
We love receiving visitors, but we request your prior authorization. Call us at +34675760881 to arrange visits between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm! It is important to supervise minors under 18 years of age during their stay.
Respectful Behavior
Good coexistence is key. Use the facilities with care, avoid annoying or intimidating behavior towards other guests and respect public order rules. We strive to maintain a harmonious environment for everyone.
Access to Common Areas
Feel free to walk through the common spaces and enjoy the garden. The pool is available for relaxing, but we ask that you avoid activities that disrupt the tranquility. Do you need towels for the pool? You just have to ask for them.
Bail and Liability
When making the reservation, a deposit is established. You agree to take care of the apartment and its furniture. Any damage will be the responsibility of the reservation holder. The replacement and repair of losses or deterioration will be covered by the deposit.
Pets Allowed
We accept pets with prior approval. An additional fee applies for pets. Let us know in advance!
Garbage and Environment
Let’s contribute to caring for the environment. Please place your garbage in closed bags next to the Hermitage of San Antón between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

Parties and Events
Out of respect for all guests, parties or activities that disturb rest are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the possibility of eviction.
Punctual Check Out
Please leave the apartment on the date and time established in your reservation. In case of non-compliance, the management company may remove the client’s personal effects.
